2002 3D Wright Flyer

This three-dimensional replica of the Wright Flyer commemorates one hundred years of flight. On December 17, 1903, at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, the Wright Flyer became the world's first powered airplane. A full-scale reproduction of this airplane hangs in the North Carolina Museum of History.
